Baka is one the oldest neighborhoods of Jerusalem and has it's own characteristic style, with historic Jerusalem-stone buildings influenced by the Muslim and Templer architectural traditions. Bethlehem Rd, where Rafael Residence is located, has transformed in the last years into a bustling avenue, lined with excellent cafés and restaurants that attract tourists and locals alike. While the residence offers all the advantages of living in a quiet neighborhood it is still located a walking distance from all of Jerusalem's liveliest attractions. Five minutes walk from Emek Refaim - the main drag of the German Colony, bursting with boutiques, cafés and restaurants; five minutes walk from the new and trendy First Station area with it's food stalls, nightlife and cultural attractions and the unique Train Track Park promenade, built along the route of the old train tracks; ten minutes walk from Mishkenot Sha'ananim - the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the walls of the Old City - and the incomparable view of the Old City walls. Each suite includes a separate, private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious living room with a pull-out double bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There are two LCD 32? flat-screen TVs with many cable TV channels free of charge. The complementary wireless internet works from every room. The suite offers air-conditioning and heating, an electronic safe, and in the bathroom ? a bathtub, a shower, a heater and a hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and serving four people and all the amenities including a stove-top, microwave, toaster, big fridge, electric kettle and a table and chairs. The luxurious, stunning 107 m2 penthouse spans the entire top floor of Rafael Residence. It includes two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious, stylish living room, and a 40 m2 balcony with garden furniture offering breathtaking views of Jerusalem. The penthouse has two separate cozy bedrooms, with comfortable king-sized beds, and a huge living room with two pull-out double beds, and sleeps up to 8 people in total. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table fit for 6-12 diners, everything you need for cooking and serving 12 people, and all the amenities including a stove-top, baking oven, dishwasher, big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.
